Welcome to JobShop247 (“JobShop247,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the JobShop247 website, its pages, features, content, services, and related functionality (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies, notices, or guidelines published on the Platform.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Platform.
1. About JobShop247
JobShop247 is an online employment information and job-discovery platform intended to help connect job seekers, employers, recruiters, and other employment-related users.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, JobShop247 is not the employer, recruitment agency, staffing agency, or legal representative of any employer or candidate appearing on the Platform.
JobShop247 does not itself employ candidates through ordinary job listings published on the Platform.
2. Eligibility and Use of the Platform
You may use the Platform only where you are legally permitted to do so under applicable law.
By using JobShop247, you represent that:
the information you provide is accurate and not intentionally misleading;
you will use the Platform for legitimate employment-related purposes;
you will comply with applicable laws and regulations;
you will not impersonate another person, organization, or entity; and
you will not interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Platform.
If you use JobShop247 on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have appropriate authority to do so.
3. Accounts and Registration
Certain features may require you to create an account or provide information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities conducted through your account.
You must promptly notify JobShop247 if you reasonably believe that your account has been accessed without authorization.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that the account has been used in violation of these Terms, applicable law, or the interests and safety of the Platform and its users.
4. Job Listings and Employment Information
JobShop247 may display job vacancies, employment opportunities, employer information, salary information, descriptions, qualifications, locations, application instructions, links, and other employment-related material.
Job listings may be obtained from employers, recruiters, publicly available sources, third parties, or other lawful sources.
Although we may review, organize, format, moderate, or remove content, JobShop247 does not guarantee that every listing or piece of employment information is complete, accurate, current, genuine, available, or suitable for any particular person.
A job vacancy may be changed, filled, withdrawn, expired, or removed without notice.
The presence of a job listing on JobShop247 does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, verification, or guarantee of the relevant employer, recruiter, position, compensation, workplace, or employment conditions.
5. No Guarantee of Employment
JobShop247 does not guarantee that:
you will receive an interview;
an employer will contact you;
you will receive a job offer;
you will be hired;
a particular vacancy will remain available;
a stated salary or benefit will be provided;
an employer or recruiter will respond to your application; or
your use of the Platform will result in employment.
Any employment decision is made independently between the relevant candidate and employer.
6. Employers and Recruiters
Employers and recruiters who submit or provide information to JobShop247 are responsible for ensuring that their listings and related information are truthful, accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
Employers and recruiters must not use the Platform to publish fraudulent, discriminatory, unlawful, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited employment opportunities.
JobShop247 may, but is not obligated to, review listings before or after publication.
We reserve the right to reject, modify, restrict, or remove any listing or employer-related content at our discretion where reasonably appropriate.
7. Job Seekers
Job seekers are responsible for independently evaluating employment opportunities before applying, communicating with an employer, attending an interview, accepting employment, or providing personal information.
You should independently verify important information, including the identity of an employer, job requirements, compensation, location, employment terms, application procedures, and any requests made by a prospective employer.
You should exercise particular caution when a person or organization requests money, financial information, passwords, sensitive documents, or other information that is unnecessary for a legitimate recruitment process.
JobShop247 is not responsible for the conduct of employers, recruiters, candidates, or other third parties.
8. Prohibited Activities
You must not use the Platform to:
publish or distribute fraudulent or deliberately misleading information;
impersonate another person or organization;
publish fake or deceptive job vacancies;
collect personal information from users without appropriate authorization;
use the Platform for unlawful discrimination or harassment;
upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems;
interfere with the security, availability, or performance of the Platform;
scrape, crawl, copy, reproduce, or systematically extract substantial amounts of Platform content without permission;
use automated systems in a manner that places unreasonable load on the Platform;
send spam, unsolicited commercial communications, or abusive messages;
use the Platform for unlawful purposes; or
otherwise misuse the Platform or violate these Terms.
We may take appropriate action where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected.
9. User-Submitted Content
If you submit information, text, photographs, resumes, profiles, job descriptions, comments, reviews, links, or other content to JobShop247 (“User Content”), you remain responsible for that content.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the User Content and that its publication or use through the Platform does not unlawfully infringe another person's rights.
By submitting User Content, you grant JobShop247 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute, communicate, and otherwise use that User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, improve, promote, and provide the Platform and its services.
This license does not transfer ownership of your underlying User Content to JobShop247.
We may remove or restrict User Content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, applicable law, or the legitimate interests of the Platform or its users.
10. Accuracy and Third-Party Content
The Platform may contain information supplied by third parties.
JobShop247 does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, legality, timeliness, or usefulness of third-party content.
You acknowledge that third-party information should be independently evaluated before you rely upon it.
We are not responsible for errors, omissions, changes, or inaccuracies originating from third parties.
11. External Websites and Third-Party Services
The Platform may contain links to websites, applications, social-media pages, recruitment systems, employer websites, or other third-party services.
These third-party services are not necessarily owned or controlled by JobShop247.
A link does not constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, recommendation, or guarantee of the third party or its services.
Your use of third-party services is governed by the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.
JobShop247 is not responsible for the content, security, availability, practices, or conduct of third-party websites or services.
12. Applications and Communications With Employers
Where JobShop247 provides an application link, form, email address, or other method for contacting an employer, the resulting application or communication may be handled directly by the relevant employer or by a third-party system.
Once information is submitted directly to another organization or service, that organization's own policies and practices may apply.
JobShop247 does not control how an employer evaluates applications, communicates with candidates, conducts interviews, makes employment decisions, or handles information after receiving it, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the JobShop247 name, branding, logos, design, layout, graphics, original text, software, interface elements, and other original materials made available through the Platform are owned by or licensed to JobShop247 and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may access and use the Platform for its intended lawful purpose.
You may not reproduce, modify, republish, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, or otherwise use substantial portions of JobShop247's proprietary materials without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Third-party trademarks, logos, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
14. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect personal information.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review our Privacy Policy.
15. Cookies and Similar Technologies

JobShop247 makes no representation or warranty that the Platform, its content, or any job listing will always be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, reliable, or free from errors.
JobShop247 does not warrant that any particular employment opportunity, employer, recruiter, candidate, or third-party service will meet your expectations or requirements.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any right, remedy, obligation, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JobShop247 and its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or similar losses arising from or relating to:
your use of or inability to use the Platform;
reliance on a job listing or other information;
interactions between users;
employment applications, interviews, offers, or employment relationships;
third-party websites or services;
unauthorized access or security incidents beyond our reasonable control;
inaccuracies, omissions, delays, or changes in third-party information; or
any other matter arising from your use of the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
21. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JobShop247 and its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and reasonable expenses arising out of or relating to:
your violation of these Terms;
your unlawful or improper use of the Platform;
your User Content;
your violation of another person's rights; or
your violation of applicable law.
22. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform, with or without notice where reasonably necessary, if we believe that:
you have violated these Terms;
your activities may harm the Platform or another person;
your activities may create legal or security risks; or
suspension or termination is otherwise reasonably necessary to protect the Platform or its users.
You may stop using the Platform at any time.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and governing law—will survive termination.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, business practices, technology, legal requirements, or other circumstances.
When changes are made, we may update the “Last Updated” date displayed at the beginning of these Terms.
Your continued use of the Platform after revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
24. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, except to the extent that applicable mandatory laws provide otherwise.
25. Dispute Resolution
We encourage users to contact JobShop247 first so that reasonable efforts can be made to resolve disputes informally.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a user from exercising any mandatory legal right or remedy available under applicable law.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and competent authorities having jurisdiction under applicable Pakistani law.
26. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined by a competent authority or court to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
27. No Waiver
Failure by JobShop247 to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision later.
28. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and any other terms or policies expressly incorporated into them, constitute the understanding governing your use of the Platform, except where additional terms expressly apply to a particular service or feature.
29. Assignment
You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
JobShop247 may transfer or assign its rights and obligations in connection with a restructuring, merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.

Job Seeker Obligations
Employer Posting Standards
Candidates must provide accurate resume details and professional background information. Fraudulent applications, impersonation, or misuse of recruiter communication channels is strictly prohibited.
Recruiters and organizations listing openings must offer legitimate employment opportunities compliant with regional labor standards, omitting deceptive claims or upfront monetary fees from applicants.
Limitation of Liability
Our portal acts as an informational channel connecting job seekers with hiring organizations across Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, and regional sectors.

Governing Jurisdiction
While we make every effort to verify listings, users are advised to verify position terms before entering contractual agreements.
All platform structure, design layouts, and aggregated listings remain protected property. Scraping or duplication without consent is prohibited.
These terms are interpreted in accordance with applicable legal frameworks in Pakistan. Formal disputes fall under competent judicial authority.
